1. Service Acceptance

By engaging Aarohan Enterprises for industrial scrap disposal, commercial demolition, asset buyback, or recycling services across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR, you agree to comply with our operational guidelines and safety protocols.

2. Site Safety & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe site access for our heavy machinery and personnel. Our teams strictly adhere to safety standards; any site‑specific hazards must be declared in writing prior to project commencement.

3. Payment & Valuations

Asset buyback valuations are based on market data and physical inspection. Final payments are subject to the agreed‑upon terms, verified weights (via certified weighbridge slips), and successful completion of the dismantling or disposal process.

4. Compliance & Environment

We are committed to zero‑landfill policies. All waste, scrap, and debris removed from your site are processed in accordance with local environmental regulations in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aarohan Enterprises shall not be held liable for indirect damages, project delays caused by force majeure, or site‑related issues that were not disclosed prior to the commencement of work.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
